Owner and operator Michael Clark, is a fourth generation Santa Barbara native and has an extensive network of local contacts to ensure your estate and property management needs are met to the highest standards. Michael grew up working for his father, who is a general contractor in Santa Barbara. He then went on to obtain his Bachelor's degree from the University of Santa Barbara California, where he studied Economics, Accounting, and Sociology. During his college career, Michael also began his estate and property management career, working for some of the most affluent families in Santa Barbara and building over fifteen years experience in managing large estates, rental properties, vacation rentals, luxury apartment developments, commercial property management and many other skills to provide you the best service possible.
